The Kinobody Transformation Challenge was meant to create a fun and exciting experience for everyone to kick start their fitness goals for the new year.

We’re all on this journey together.

HERE’S WHAT TIM HAD TO SAY ABOUT HIS EXPERIENCE:

I am a single father of two busy boys who was having a difficult time fitting fitness into my life.

There is so much over complicated mis information out there that I was intrigued and refreshed by your approach and your results from your Youtube videos that I decided to try your Warrior shredding program.

What I liked best about your program was that I was able to incorporate it into my life without it taking over my life.

You stated in one of your videos that it’s a lifestyle and that it has to work for you without feeling like work. Your program did that for me.

Intermittent fasting helped me because my mornings can be crazy getting lunches packed, kids ready and out the door.

The 8 hour feeding window really works for me and I experienced many of the positive results you spoke of being increased energy and enhanced focus.

My favourite part about the program was that it was reverse pyramid style training. My body responds best to this style of lifting and I believe it was a big reason I was able to maintain or increase strength in almost all exercises while dropping body fat.

I didn’t think that was going to be possible for me. The most significant change for me after using the Kinobody workouts would be how I feel and look. I have not been under 200 lbs in almost 15 years and that’s approximately the last time I saw my abs, I wasn’t sure they were still there!

My life is better after the program because I now have a program that works for me, my busy life, and gets the results I have been striving to achieve for a long time. I am thankful and feel more positive about turning 40 next year and being able to maintain and feel good about my fitness level.

Thank you very much, I enjoyed the transformation challenge as I had never done anything like this before. It was a much stronger motivator than I believed it would be.

HERE’S WHAT STEVE HAD TO SAY ABOUT HIS EXPERIENCE:

At the end of 2016 I set a goal to be in the best shape of my life by the time I turn 30 (April 27, 2017). After being in pretty decent shape throughout my life I had become lazy and undisciplined, and was no longer treating health and fitness as the priority it needs to be.

I wanted and needed to find a program that was both effective and maintainable as a lifestyle long-term.

Enter Kinobody and the Warrior Shredding Program.

I had seen Greg’s stuff for a while but never tried it out. Instead I was the person who spent 6 or 7 days a week in the gym, sometimes doing two workouts a day. Fitness wasn’t really enjoyable and felt like a burden (my methods were counterproductive and contributed to laziness and burnout).

Plus as I get older my body does better with more recovery time and rest days (something I took for granted when I was younger).

The Warrior Shredding Program and intermittent fasting have been great because of the effectiveness and way it fits into my lifestyle.

Training 3x/ week allowed me to bring intensity to every session, and the added recovery time and lower volume allowed me to continue to make strength gains throughout the entire transformation (I started to plateau towards the end, but my calories were relatively low).

In terms of lifestyle, Kinobody showed me that success really just comes down to a smart plan, hard work, consistency, and discipline, rather than obsessing over every detail and micromanaging to the point of taking over the rest of my life.

I no longer worry or stress over the small details and am focused only on the big picture and long-term. I’m enjoying fitness and training again. It’s now just a part of my life and not something my life revolves around.

HERE’S WHAT CAMERYN HAD TO SAY ABOUT HIS EXPERIENCE:

I followed Greg’s simple rules, and maintained a caloric deficit for the past 3 months.

Sparkling water in the morning, black coffee in around noon, break the fast with a small piece of fruit, train and then ate the bulk of my calories at night. I did not purchase a kinobody program, I just wanted to show people that although we don’t all purchase programs we can still practice the principles that Greg has shared free of charge.

I trained 3-4 days per week and did reverse pyramid training.

If chosen for a contest winner I have a plethora of progress photos and training logs to share with the community.

HERE’S WHAT DUSTIN HAD TO SAY ABOUT HIS EXPERIENCE:

My experience with the kinobody transformation challenge has been outstanding, at first i used the warrior shredding program and then started throwing some of my own research and ideas into my training and nutrition.

The thing that i liked most about the program was the idea of intermittent fasting, this was the game changer and one of the biggest factors that allowed me to get into the shape i am in right now.

Also the training frequency made it so convenient and gave me greater results than i could have ever hoped for. I had always worked out before this but have never taken it to the next level and this program and challenge has shown me how to do that while only hitting the gym only a few times a week, and that has been the most significant change for me.

I can honestly say that this whole experience has changed my life for the better not only because i look and feel fantastic now but it has also made me grow as a person. This challenge has shown me how to set and follow through with a goal to the greatest extent, i feel like that was an important lesson for my that i will carry on through the rest of my life.

I used a variation of the warrior shredding program and started intermittent fasting, which is amazing!

The workouts were challenging but efficient! There was no loss in strength over the entire three months, in some lifts I even progressed further thanks to reverse pyramid training, which I didn’t do before.

My physique and athleticism definitely improved like crazy and I will go on to do the superhero bulking program in a couple weeks, really stoked about it!

I used Greg’s Greek God program throughout this entire transformation journey… it was awesome.

By far the greatest part was Intermittent Fasting, it allowed (and still does) me to eat the foods I loved and still see the results I wanted.

No awful meal prepping, food weighing, calorie counting, 6 small meals a day mumbo jumbo crap. Intermittent was my favorite part of this epic journey!

Next to the ease and handiness of fasting was the style of training, which utilized rehearse pyramid training and rest pause training. Those two types of training strategies allowed for maximum strength gains and muscle mass, it was incredible!!

My bench went up 20 pounds in just these few months and my standing shoulder press increased by 35 pounds, equaling 160 pound shoulder presses (my body weight!)

Throughout this journey so many things happened, besides my body completely getting a makeover I discovered the ease and enjoyability of weight training, nutrition, and with the mental side of training utilizing being present in the moment and enjoy now… not living for a future image or goal.

This journey was amazing and I can’t wait to do it again!

HERE’S WHAT ANDY HAD TO SAY ABOUT HIS EXPERIENCE:

I’ve been following Kinobody for a couple years now, and had already bought and tried three programs – the Warrior Shredding, Greek God, and Superhero Bulking programs.

I actually decided to start the contest with the Warrior Shredding Program for a couple reasons. One, I work 12 hour shifts, and I’m also busy planning for our wedding at the end of April, so the lower volume workouts saved me a little time.

Second, for a couple months before the contest I had been doing a lot of high volume workouts, so I thought my body would respond well to switching things up. I just set my calories for weight gain instead of weight loss. But putting things in context, I’ve been training for more than 15 years and my body adapts very fast, so with a couple weeks left in the contest I switched to the Superhero Bulking workouts to finish it out.

One of the things I liked best about the program was the simplicity of it. Keeping it focused on progressing those key lifts made it easy to get into the gym, hit it hard, and get out. No wasted time, an especially no wasted mental energy, I could just put it all into every rep. Also, the lower volume allowed me to recover better, and not hinder my performance at work, which is a physically demanding job, or be too tired for other things once I finally got home.

The most significant change for me after using the Kinobody programs is that my entire life doesn’t revolve around fitness anymore. I’m not constantly thinking about my next meal, and I’m not breaking down my body too much in the gym because of that old idea of more is better. Now my mindset is more ‘stimulate, not annihilate’. And the intermittent fasting has been a total game changer. I love it.

After the contest my life is better in many ways. First of all, I’ll look great when I get married at the end of this month! Second, following the program actually caused me to spend less time in the gym, and with that extra time I was able to help my fiance with all the wedding planning (which scored major points, so life is definitely better lol), and take steps to start my own business.

Third, my life overall has just become more balanced, and I’m generally more relaxed because when I decided to trust the program I stopped obsessing over food and working out.

The first thing I want to say is thank you Greg.

I am 48 years old and have been fairly consistently lifting weights for 32 years.

My physique has had many ups and downs but I think the lowest point was last year and the months leading up to the start of the Kinobody contest. I was beginning to wonder if age had finally caught up with me and I was going to have to come to terms that I was never going to look like a young stud again. This is when I made the decision to purchase a Kinobody program.

In fact, I purchased 3 Kinobody programs.

I used Greek God for my workouts, for dieting I used Aggressive Fat Loss and on my off days I would throw in some Cardio, Abs & Mobility.

GG – At first I was very hesitant about only training 3 days per week and the low volume, but I just said “fuck it,” I look like shit right now and it cant get any worse so I’ll just followed the program and see what happens.

AFL – The IF and counting calories & macros was easy and even enjoyable. Im sure I will continue eating this way for the rest of my life.

CAM – As far as CAM goes, I just used it periodically on my off days to try to get my fat percentage down as low as possible. You were right about looking like an orangutan those first few weeks of jumping rope.

Over all I am very happy with Kinobody and all three programs and I think my results speak for themselves. Three months is a great start and the results are phenomenal but I only wish you would put together a part two to this contest for another 3 months to keep us all accountable & motivated to really push our physiques to the next level.

HERE’S WHAT AUSTIN HAD TO SAY ABOUT HIS EXPERIENCE:

KinoBody has been the best lifestyle change that I have EVER made. Going from a classic body builders diet to this makes fitness, and life so much more enjoyable. I have never been this strong and lean in my life and I do not plan to stop… EVER.

I went from having a weak incline dumbbell press I used to do 55lbs dumbbells to now being able to do 100lb dumbbells . I went from 45lbs with weighted pull ups to being able to do 80lbs. and my biceps went from being the weakest part on my body to now one of the strongest.

I’m curling 55lbs dumbbells for reps, very controlled and slow I even plan to go up next week because I got 8 reps. I feel that I could have done a little better but my girl friend and I moved in the middle of this challenge but KinoBody makes it easy for us to stick to it!

I am a personal trainer with a Kinesiology degree and I just wish there was a way to team up with KinoBody so that I can train people in a way that I believe in… the Kinobody way.

What Kinobody program did you use for the contest? Greek God Program

What did you like best about the program? The program was easy to incorporate into my daily life. Having a full time job, being a husband and a Father of a four year old it is difficult to find the time to work out. Kinobody made it easy with only three workouts a week.

Additionally the intermittent fasting allowed for greater flexibility in my daily diet than any program I have ever followed.

What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts? My strength gains were remarkable and through micro loading the gains seemed to come effortlessly. My bench press increased 50 LBS from 5 reps of 135 LBS to 5 reps of 185 LBS while my chin ups went from 5 reps of 40 LBS to 5 reps of 70 LBS.

How is your life better after the Kinobody transformation contest? I feel stronger and more fit than I have ever been in my life. At 37 I am in better shape than when I was 17 and through Kinobody I have gained a better understanding of my body and what it means to be truly fit. I truly cant believe the changes I have seen in the last three months and cant wait to see what the next three months brings.

HERE’S WHAT FAYE HAD TO SAY ABOUT HER EXPERIENCE:

I followed the Greek god programme with my boyfriend. We used the AFL nutrition to help me drop the weight but as I was pretty new to lifting my lifts kept going up and up.

I liked the simplicity of the kinobody programmes. I loved the fact After a couple of weeks I could pick up a workout by myself and not feel overwhelmed with too many exercises.

I found the nutritional aspect to be the most enjoyable as I thought I would literally have to starve myself to lose weight. The biggest change for me was how tracking my food and workouts has now become second nature to me and really part of my daily routine. I do love the comments on how much better I look though.

My life has completely changed for the better since the transformation as I am a mother of two (with my youngest only being 12 weeks when I started this transformation) I now find myself with so much more energy to be able to enjoy my day with my family.

This transformation is the only the start for me and with me now engaged and planning my wedding (within 18months) I plan to be in the best possible shape ever on that day and going forward.

1) What Kinobody program did you use for the contest?

I used Goddess Toning Program for 3 months.

2) What did you like best about the Kinobody program you followed?

I liked the intermittent fasting idea and having two meals a day, lunch bigger then dinner. I also loved that I could indulge myself once in a while with burger, cake or some sort of processed food.

In the mornings, as soon as I woke up I immediately had 1-2 glasses of water and then fruits till my first meal. This method would immediately remove the toxins that were trapped in my body.

The exercises from the program are simple and enjoyable.
If in the past my training routine was cardio and abs, now is completely different.

I would warm up running 10-15 min on a treadmill, and then follow the exercises from the Goddess Toning Program. Squats and dead lifts became my favorite exercises.

3) What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?

The most significant change after the workouts is that I feel how my muscles grew and this made me more aware of my posture. It also gave me more confidence in myself and made me feel so proud of my work.

4) How is your life better after the Kinobody Transformation contest?

After the Kinobody Transformation contest I have an opposite feedback about myself.

I feel in the best shape than ever in my 30 years old body, confident, healthy, beautiful, fresh, aware of my posture and eager to achieve anything I want in life.

HERE’S WHAT JANE HAD TO SAY ABOUT HER EXPERIENCE:

I had unfortunately found myself to have gained an uncomfortable amount of weight during 2016 and was searching for a diet or some solution to help me lose the weight.

I had tried many diets throughout my lifetime, however, none ever seem to work consistently. As I was searching for a diet or workout plan that could help me lose the weight, I came across The KINOBODY 2017 transformation Challenge. I registered and decided to follow “The Goddess Toning Program.” I was determined to follow the program in hopes of seeing results.

Greg advises in his program that by changing one or two things at a time would make the transition much easier and you would have a much better chance of sticking to the diet.

The first thing I changed was my food intake. I started implementing the calorie deficit into my daily meals by eating the carbs that were recommended and lowering my calorie intake.

Just a couple weeks after changing my eating habits, it seemed as though I started to immediately lose weight. It was great!

I also I also felt that lowering my reps in my workout routine and using the burst of power in my workout, along with the progression workout is what played a big part in the definition I was able to achieve at the end.

I want to personally thank Greg for his awesome program because I never thought I could feel this confident, energetic or strong this late in my life. It felt great posing for the after shot and being able to show what I was able to accomplish and remove any doubts from anyone who is struggling with their weight loss.

HERE’S WHAT CANDACE HAD TO SAY ABOUT HER EXPERIENCE:

This past year for me has been about finding myself and seeking personal growth. I had lost who I was over the years of being a fulll time mother of 4 beautiful children, full time wife and working a full time night shift career.

Finally getting to the point of being “sick and tired” I came across a couple of fitness challenges online and kinobody happened to be one of them! I love the fact that I had an option to purchase a plan on this kinobody challenge.

I opted to not purchase any but I used a variety of free programs online along with some of the free programs that were available through Kinobody such as the Get Shredded program. I researched this company before starting and I found great reviews and I’m glad I came across this site. I feel like my mission for this past year is complete but my lifestyle change will continue.

I have to share with my family about living healthy and exercising to live a fuller happier life! A year and a half ago I was one depressed woman, wife and mom but today I am more confident and I speak up for myself more and those are the main qualities I plan on teaching to my 4 children to make sure I raise happy, healthy and confident kids!!

I had got in a habit of not believing in myself and always leaning on others for help and I wanted to start something and most importantly finish something that I started.
