What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I would just switch it up between lifting weights and body weight exercises. I also wasn’t following any diet program I was just trying to watch what I ate. The reason why I chose Kinobody is that I am doing a 20 mile Ocean swim, yes you read that correctly 20 miles, July 9th and I wanted my body to be more fat adapted for my swim so I that if for some reason I missed a feeding for whatever reason it wouldn’t adversely affect me.
What did you like best about the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
The fasting. I tended to stress about food too much and it would frustrate me that I would eat healthy but I wasn’t getting any learner.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
I pretty strong for a women and it was nice to see that I could still make gains in strength even with the fasting. I like the variety too.
How is your life better after following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
Yes. It’s nice that I can be lean and still eat chocolate and drink wine. Lol!
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
It’s easy to follow. You just have to follow it and don’t let anyone tell you that fasting is bad for you especially gym trainers. There are a lot of people who think that you are starving yourself when you say that you are fasting.
