I followed Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Worked out 6 days a week for 1 year and dropped 7 kg and i didn’t follow anything.

My shoulders grew and i focused more on upper chest which led to better looking chest.
