What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Superhero Bulking Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Superhero Bulking Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Low carb no diet (not very consistent) 5 days split. I achieved 6% body fat level but too hard on me.
What did you like best about the Superhero Bulking Program?
Training split and IF.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
Mmm… Strength, over all upper body development so quick (in 2 months).
How is your life better after following the Superhero Bulking Program?
