What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I was doing your typical clean eating diet. I made sure I ate super healthy all the time and didn’t track anything. I originally made good progress on that since I had let myself go and ballooned up to 250 pounds. I was powerlifting before and was pretty strong, but I feel into a depression and stopped training which led to my weight gain. When I started training again I was doing mostly high rep bodyweight stuff and running a TON! I eventually stalled out at 215 and was super frustrated. I’m actually a trainer and I hate programming stuff for myself so starting warrior shred was a lifesaver!
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
I like how the training is structured. I like how it really focuses on upper body development, which is something I have always lacked in.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
The most significant change for me was in my incline dumbbell press and weighted chins. I felt as if every workout I was hitting a PR!
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
Well being a trainer its nice that I actually look the part now. I would give people advice in the past and deep down inside I always felt crappy for not looking the part. Now I am way more confident and happy. Also, its nice being able to eat literally whatever I want, within reason of course. :)
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Follow the program and don’t try and change anything. Also, don’t stress and enjoy the process. If you follow the program it will work for you.
