What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I had tried traditional splits before and done fad diets like ‘4-hour body’ but never dialed in nutrition before..
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
How easy it was to be in a deficit. Every other diet had me craving food constantly. Kinobody let me eat big meals and stay satisfied which kept me on the diet.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
Aside from the aesthetic and strength changes, it would be how much lighter and quicker i feel in general. playing with my daughter used to be so taxing, now i can chase her around for ages.
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
Confidence is up and so is strength. I used to hate passing by windows or mirrors and seeing how out of shape I was. No longer an issue.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
No time like the present. don’t wait for next month, next Monday etc. Start tomorrow! You’ll thank yourself later.

Kinobody completely changed my physique and gave me the skills to control my body composition.
