How To Actually Build A Great Natural Physique

Building a great natural physique is very different than building a great physique while using performance enhancing drugs.

In this post, we’re going to discuss a few different principles, principles that are ingrained in all the Kinobody Courses, that make building a great natural physique possible.

What Will Your Weight Be As A Natural Lifter?

You’re going to look your best at a pretty light weight. Someone who is 5’10-6’0 will look their best at 165-180 lbs max…

The first step to building a great physique as a natural is realizing just that. Granted, you build up a decent level of muscle size and reach a low level of body fat.

When I bring my natural physique to around 7 percent body fat, I look insanely ripped, but still, I’m only about 168 lbs.

Most people my height (5′ 10″) think they need to bulk up to 190 lbs or 200 lbs to look ripped and this is absolutely ridiculous. You want to build muscle naturally and It’s not possible to be that big and ripped as a natural lifter.

Accept that you’re going to be much lighter than you think. But the best thing of all is that you’re going to look amazing!

The key to a great natural physique truly is to reach low levels of body fat. That’s how you get the perfect muscle proportion, separation, defined chest and abs, rounded shoulders, etc.

Why You Need To Be Training For Strength

Body fat percentage is huge, but you need to build muscle naturally and have the solid muscle development to go along with it.

As a natural, you can only do so much in the gym. When I was training 5 days a week, I quickly plateaued. But as opposed to someone using drugs, it doesn’t matter what type of training they are doing because they can recover so quickly (Study).

The secret is to build muscle naturally off progressive overload, the number one driver of muscle growth. With that said, it only makes sense to train in a way that promotes consistent strength gains.

If you’re not training heavier overtime, you won’t grow and will quickly plateau.

This is why guys make awesome transformations because they added 30-45 lbs on their key lifts in the first few months while on the Greek God Program.

*Your results may vary. Testimonials and examples used are exceptional results and are not intended to guarantee, promise, represent and/or assure that anyone will achieve the same or similar results.

Honing your routine down to 3 intense lifting sessions per week with 4 to 5 exercises allows you to recover properly and always hit the gym feeling fresh and recharged.

Building great natural physique, is about training less. This will allow you to make continual progress.

You Need To Eat Like This

As natural lifters, we don’t have the luxury of a bunch of drugs to make fat burning or keeping our hormones high easy. Besides, all of those drugs have terrible side effects (Study).

So we need to diet in a way to keep things functioning properly. This is why I love intermittent fasting so much because it makes eating at a calorie deficit for fat loss a breeze.

And what’s equally important is, you must eat a balance of fats and carbs to maintain healthy testosterone and hormonal levels.

If we had drugs on our side, it wouldn’t matter if we ate super low calories, or cut out fats/carbs.

In the past, if I tried to go super low calorie or cut out carbs, my sex drive took a huge hit and I was miserable all the time.

What’s the point of having abs if you have no sex drive?

How Do You Actually Build A great natural Physique?

Everything I share at Kinobody has reason behind it. And that reason is to build a great physique as a natural lifter.

To do so, you must:

  • Accept you’re going to be at a lighter weight, and reach low levels of body fat.
  • Build up your natural physique from heavy lifting and progressive overload by honing your training down to a few key lifts and using microloading if needed.
  • Use intermittent fasting and a diet with moderate amounts of protein, and a balance of fats and carbs to support healthy hormonal functioning.

Through my eyes, it’s not all about getting extremely huge or getting results extremely fast. I don’t even get much fulfillment from having a great body. It’s about sharing my knowledge, my past struggles, and what it really takes to help you become a natural lifter and build the body of your dreams and live the life you want.
