Late Night Workout VLOG – Incline Bench Press Training & Advanced Tips
Today’s episode is a VERY important video. One of my missions is to show people, just how enjoyable building an amazing body can be. I get asked hundreds of questions per day, but in many cases people are overthinking unnecessary details. Yesterday, I missed my workout.. I was working all day, then I had a business dinner to attend. So I got home at midnight, with a few glasses of red wine in my system and a belly full of steak and fries. And I said fuck it, and trained… I hit an all time personal record on incline bench, lifting 267.5 lbs for 5 reps, at only 168 lbs… THIS is the way you need to approach fitness!

Full Day of Intermittent Fasting – High Calorie Day & Drinking (3300 calories)
In today’s episode, I hit a nice back and biceps training sessions followed by an awesome feast with some friends! This is a particularly high Calorie day of eating, which is perfectly fine if you generally stay on track with your Calories. Yes, this even includes drinking alcohol! Here’s my full Calorie breakdown for the day:
Fruit = 200 cals
Steak = 600 cals
Bacon wrapped scallops = 300
2 potatoes = 600
total = 1700
Drinks = 500
Post drinking meal = 500
Chocolate bar = 575
Total = 3275 calories
