In today’s episode, I hit a nice back and biceps training sessions followed by an awesome feast with some friends! This is a particularly high Calorie day of eating, which is perfectly fine if you generally stay on track with your Calories. Yes, this even includes drinking alcohol! Steak = 600 cals
Bacon wrapped scallops = 300
2 potatoes = 600
total = 1700
Drinks = 500
Post drinking meal = 500
Chocolate bar = 575
Total = 3275 calories
