Late Night Workout VLOG – Incline Bench Press Training & Advanced Tips

Today’s episode is a VERY important video. One of my missions is to show people, just how enjoyable building an amazing body can be. I get asked hundreds of questions per day, but in many cases people are overthinking unnecessary details. Yesterday, I missed my workout.. I was working all day, then I had a business dinner to attend. So I got home at midnight, with a few glasses of red wine in my system and a belly full of steak and fries. And I said fuck it, and trained… I hit an all time personal record on incline bench, lifting 267.5 lbs for 5 reps, at only 168 lbs… THIS is the way you need to approach fitness!
