HOW TO ENJOY THE PERFECT RESTAURANT STYLE PIZZA AND STILL GET SHREDDED!
This simple pizza AND delicious recipe is great for beginners and for the more experienced home Chefs who love pizza but are worried about weight gain or have limited time in the day for preparing their own homemade pizza dough. Forget about the frozen pre-packaged pizzas or delivery, because this recipe only has 3 main ingredients and will definitely fit in your fat loss plan.
This is my go-to pizza recipe when I’m either cutting or lean bulking. It is super delicious, macro friendly and takes very little time to prepare and cook, the whole recipe comes out to be just under 900 calories with the toppings. To compare the size of this pizza your looking at a medium size delivery pizza that has over 1800 – 2000 calories So that alone should be enough to convince you to give this recipe a try. Some like thin and crispy pizza crust, while others prefer thick and soft pizza crust. This homemade pizza has it all, soft and chewy with a delicious crisp and AWESOME flavor using some secrete Italian spices.
This homemade dough is very versatile as well, I actually use the same base ingredients to make my KINO CALZONE and my Apple pie. Changing up the spices for those recipes but using the same base recipe. You can also make bagels as well, as you can see this by now this recipe will be one you will master and create your own delicious creations.

HOW TO USE THIS RECIPE IN YOUR DIET👇
Assuming you are following the KINOBODY diet structure, fasting 4 -6 hours into your day, having some sparkling water, 1-2 black coffee’s then breaking your fast with something light like a scoop of KINO COLLAGEN and a rice crispy or 2 fruit. Then enjoying a huge feast later on at night which should consume about 50 – 60% of your daily calories, then ending the night with some dessert or small meal.
That’s the structure that will make your diet the most effective. Now, if you were to be cutting on 2000 calories per day, that would mean your feast will be around 1000 to 1100 calories!! That’s plenty of room for this pizza feast!!

Now if you ask me, this looks like an epic day of eating in a deficit to lose body fat. Imagine you can eat PIZZA and chocolate daily and still get that body that you always dreamed of. Well now your dream became a reality, trust me!!! Cook this recipe tonight and you will be amazed I promise.
In this recipe I use certain ingredients that can be easily swapped for any certain product you might prefer, I use all-purpose flour, lactose free 0% plain Greek yogurt, baking powder and spices.
If you're GLUTEN INTOLERANT then use gluten free flour, if you're lactose intolerant then use lactose free yogurt like I did or use regular yogurt if you wish. I use 0 % yogurt to save on calories, if you only have 1 or 2% yogurt that totally fine, you just need to adjust the macros, if you're using self-rising flour then you don’t need the baking powder at all.
PASTRAMI AND CHEESE PIZZA (935 calories)
1) Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F, in a big bowl combine then mix yogurt, flour, baking powder, spices (except bagel seasoning) and salt.
2) Mix using your hands until it all comes together to form a dough ball,
3) Spray the cutting board with nonstick spray and using your hands press into the dough to form a ¼ of an inch-thick pizza dough. If it is too thick it will not cook completely inside.
4) Place onto non-stick parchment paper and in the oven for 8 minutes one side and 6 minutes the other side to pre-cook the dough.
5) Remove from oven and add all the toppings.
6) Use a little egg white to coat the perimeter of the pizza using a brush, then sprinkle the everything but the bagel seasoning
7) Put back in the oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is nicely melted
