We need to take a step back and make sure you have the foundation in place.
My number one tip for every skinny guy is to plan ahead!
Build your diet foundation. First, take a look at your entire daily schedule. What time are you free to get in your meals? Personally, I have about 4 times each day where I eat all my meals.
Find out what’s most convenient for you.
This then allows you to plan ahead and put in place the calories you’re going to eat throughout the day.
As well, planning ahead gives you the luxury of actually knowing if you’re going to reach your calorie surplus for the day or not.
Trust me, nothing is worse than seeing bedtime roll around and you have thousands of calories left to eat.
