What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Warrior Shredding Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Warrior Shredding Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Working out 6 days a week, 2 hours per day. Eating multiple small/medium meals a day. I was just trying to get bigger in muscle size. My fat content was going up but muscle was not. I would go to the gym just to chase a pump like all bodybuilder so say to, but 30 minutes after my workout I didn’t feel like I ever kept what I worked for. No results.
What did you like best about the Warrior Shredding Program?
Being able to eat what I like and not having to worry about making breakfast or prepping meals. Also, shorter time in the gym.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
Just how simple and direct they are. Not saying I slacked or anything, I definitely did not, when I’m in the gym I am focused only on my workouts.
How is your life better after following the Warrior Shredding Program?
It’s made me put life in a new perspective and has taught me to not only center my goals around the gym, but around other things as well. Plus, with the fasting, I am more focused during the day running off of coffee and adrenaline and not sluggish from constantly eating meals every hour.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Believe in it. Don’t think you believe it because at some point you will fail and drop out.
Any final notes?
Thank you for always giving tips and advice so I build up knaaaaaawledge.
