That was a great podcast! I know all about how Andrew feels and what he has been through. I have anorexia and orthorexia and I’m just starting to get out of the unhealthy eating (starving) habits. Just eating enough to live normally and work out is still a challenge to me.
I’m so glad that you gave Andrew the chance to share his story. This is so often overlooked for men.
