Reveal Your Younger Self With Will Smith’s ‘Gemini Man’ Workout

Gemini Man Kino Workout

We have watched Will Smith going against all kinds of villains over the course of his acting career. This time, he’s going against the toughest of them all.

“Gemini Man” is going to hit the theaters in October 2019 and Will Smith is going against… Will Smith!

Henry Brogan, played by Smith, is an aging, legendary assassin in this Hollywood blockbuster. Brogan finds himself being targeted by the younger clone of himself, who can predict his every move.

This movie has been waiting for 20 years to be made because of the technology it requires to make the 50-year-old Smith look 23 again. Even though his face looks 23 years old thanks to the advanced computer effects and technology, the veteran actor had to be in great shape to look and move like a 23-year-old.

The secret behind achieving an aesthetically pleasing, younger looking body is accomplishing these three things:

  1. Achieve a low body fat
  2. Build a natural and aesthetically pleasing amount of muscle
  3. Hold that muscle in specific areas and in exact proportions

Kinobody has helped thousands of men of all ages achieve this kind of a body without spending hours in the gym every day or being a slave to restrictive diets.

The Kinobody Warrior Shredding Program is designed to build this Hollywood physique. This Will Smith-inspired workout routine lets you take a peek inside this best-seller workout program.

Spend the next eight weeks following this workout program and experience firsthand what the Warrior Shredding Program can do for your body.

How Big Is Will Smith?

Will Smith is 6 feet 2 inches tall and he weighs around 180 pounds. In the trailer of “Gemini Man,” Smith looks like he leaned down to 8-10 percent body fat for this role.

Whatever role he’s in, you can rely on Smith bringing his A-game and an admirable physique. He got into the superhero shape back in 2008 for the movie “Hancock.” In 2016, he blessed the big screen with his 8-pack as Deadshot in “Suicide Squad.” Now, at 50 years old, Smith is still in tip-top shape in “Gemini Man.”

It gets very challenging to stay in shape as we get older. Your metabolism slows down and your testosterone levels drop. As a result, it gets harder to build muscle… and easier to gain fat.

The Kinobody Warrior Shredding Program focuses on building muscle and burning fat, no matter how old you are. That way, you can fight against the detrimental effects of aging and become a silver-haired superhero!

Key Characteristics of Will Smith’s Physique

Will Smith is tall, lean and muscular. He has broad, round shoulders that bring out his defined arms. Thanks to his low body fat, he gets to show off his abs. However, the signature characteristic of Smith’s physique is his square pecs that look completely separated.

The trick to having chest muscles like Mr. July is strengthening the upper chest muscles, and this Will Smith-inspired workout routine has exercises that focus primarily on upper chest development.

The point here is not to build blocks of muscle. In fact, the secret to an attractive physique is having a natural, lean frame with ideal muscle proportions. This physique is the quintessential Hollywood look that actors aim for when they book a role in an action movie.

If you want to look great in a suit, like Keanu Reeves in “John Wick” or Christian Bale in “American Physco,” or take your shirt off and show off your abs like Brad Pitt in “Fight Club” or Daniel Craig in “James Bond,” the Kinobody warrior physique is your goal.

This Will Smith “Gemini Man” workout helps develop your shoulders, chest and back. You’ll also get athletic legs with some lower body work. The primary goal here is to get down to 6-12 percent body fat while getting stronger.

Getting down to a body fat percentage around 10 percent requires a smart, intuitive nutrition plan. The Warrior Shredding Program comes with a nutrition plan that teaches you the simplest way to lean down to single-digit body fat, all while enjoying life.

“Gemini Man” Workout Notes

Warmup

Before the heavy compound lifts, perform two warmup sets. Start with 5 reps at 60 percent of your working weight. After that, perform another 5 reps with 80 percent. Rest for a couple of minutes and you’re ready to go.

Reverse Pyramid Training

In order to get stronger on the key lifts, you want to train with the heaviest weight possible. However, the muscles fatigue after a few sets and you can’t lift as heavy anymore.

That’s where reverse pyramid training comes in the play. You’ll perform your heaviest set in the beginning, when you’re fresh. That way, you can lift the most amount of weight possible and get stronger each week. In the subsequent sets, lower the weight by 10 percent and increase the reps to stimulate myofibrillar hypertrophy. For this style of training, make sure you rest two to three minutes between sets.

Kino Rep Training

Kino rep training is a great way to add volume to your arm exercises without risking injury. Instead of going heavy each and every set, you’ll start light and build the load up in each set.

Pick a weight that allows you to perform 10 reps comfortably. Rest for a minute or 90 seconds, and then increase the weight each set. Keep going until you’re unable to complete 8 reps. Your arms should feel fried by the end of the fourth set.

Rest-Pause Training

Rest-pause training is designed to push your muscles to their limits with lighter weights.

Pick a weight light enough for you to perform 15-20 reps comfortably. After the initial set, rest only 10 seconds and perform another set. Since the muscles won’t have time to recover, you will only be able to get 4-6 reps. Perform two additional mini-sets, resting only 10 seconds between each set.

You’ll be toast by the end of rest-pause training, trust me.
