Daniel Craig is the Most Ripped 007… is he the Best?

I’m excited for the new James Bond movie, No Time to Die.

You gotta love James Bond.

  • Stylin and badass
  • Exotic locations.
  • Cool cars

AND beautiful women.

It’s always fun to see who the new Bond girls will be.

Ana De Armas is one of the Bond girls this time around.

Ana is a 33-year-old Cuban actress and is definitely NOT disgusting to look at.

You may recognize her from the movie Knives Out.

This movie also has Daniel Craig, so maybe he helped her get in this latest Bond movie.

If you haven’t seen Knives Out

She played Ryan Gosling’s wife in the movie Blade Runner 2049.

Enough about Ana (the not disgusting Cuban actress).

Back to Bond.

I think the majority of people will always see Sean Connery as the best 007.

I can’t argue with that…

But Daniel Craig absolutely had the best physique.

Audiences were blown away by this scene in Casino Royale.

Casino Royale came out in 2006.

Can’t believe this was 15 years ago.

I was about 15 at the time and I remember thinking how muscular Daniel Craig looked at that time.

He was the first James Bond who looked like he could actually kick ass.

This movie revived the franchise.

Many consider Casino Royale to be the best Bond movie of all time.

So many awesome scenes…

This one was hilarious.

Vesper: “If the only thing left of you was your smile and your little finger, you’d still be more of a man than anyone I’ve ever known.”

Bond: “That’s because you know what I can do with my little finger.”

I haven’t seen the newest Bond yet, but can’t wait.

What is interesting is that although Daniel Craig’s physique was super-impressive at that time… he isn’t that ripped by today’s standards.

We didn’t know as much as we do now.

These days we know a lot more about getting shredded.

In fact, my Kinobody programs, have had helped countless guys get in even better shape than Daniel Craig.

The cool thing is that they reach this point with less time and effort.

In 2006 we were will still using a lot of concepts that are now outdated.

I began perfecting the ideal diet and workout routines, a couple of years after Casino Royale was released.

For 10+ years I’ve been sharing these principles.

My program Movie Star Body, is simply a more intelligent program compared to what we had 15 years ago.

If actors who played James Bond over the past several decades had access to this…

James Bond would have been a lot more shredded.

I realize being shredded isn’t everything.

I guess what I’m saying is that they probably would have been more shredded with LESS time in the gym.

Either way…

I’ve been a lifelong James Bond fan.

We are probably never going to top Sean Connery.

He’s the cool and iconic 007.

He defined the role.

I’d put Daniel Craig as a close second.

He redefined the role.

Whoever comes next has large shoes to fill.

Talk soon,

Greg O’Gallagher

P.S.

A lot of courses out there still use outdated advice from 2006.

If you follow outdated advice you will wind up weaker and flabbier with more work in the gym than is necessary.

One of the mistakes I made when I was first starting out was too much cardio.

It burned calories during the workout.

You would think that this extra calorie burn would create a greater calorie deficit and would have me looking leaner.

The opposite happened.

In Part 2…I’ll cover why traditional cardio may look good on paper but results in an average physique.

I’ll also explain what to do instead.
