Pro Fitness Model Nate Tebow on the Mindset to Achieve Your Dream Physique
Nate Tebow Interview
In this podcast, I sit down with pro fitness model and former skinny boy Nate Tebow to discuss how to achieve your dream physique. Interestingly enough, we get more into the topic of mindset than anything else.
This is important because it’s your mental model that makes or breaks you. People have gotten into amazing physical condition with different approaches. The common denominator is a mindset that attracts success.
We also cover what it takes to get into professional fitness model shape and how you can eat ice cream and high carbs while getting to 6% body fat.

Hey Greg,
I know it’s not easy to say accurately, but how much do the lifts have to go up to gain an inch on a given measurement? I’m feeling like it’s hard to gain measurements :/
Well if you’re dropping fat, your lifts could actually go down. It’s really hard to say man.
Hi Greg. Awesome podcast, so much stuff u mentioned here resonated with me.
Could you expand a bit more on that insulin sensitivity? Cuz I find myself often in that situation Nate mentioned, 1 day looking awesome, and literally the next day like DYELbro.
Also, I would invite you to check out 2 books: Clarity by Jamie Smart (now there’s a condensed version:The Little book of Clarity) and Conversations with God Book 1.
Well there’s no need to fall into that camp of one day looking awesome. That’s the result of training with excessively high volume.
Build your physique off low volume and you’ll never have that issue.
Hey Greg!
Just wanted to know your opinion on the following variation of your Greek God 2 day split I’m thinking of trying out:
A.
Bench Press (3 sets, RPT)
Squat (2 sets, RPT)
Overhead Press (3 sets, RPT)
Lateral Raises (Rest-Pause)
Incline Dumbbell Press (3 sets, SPT)
B.
Weighted Chinups (3 sets, RPT)
Deadlifts (2 sets, RPT)
Machine Rows (3 sets, RPT)
Curl Vaiation (Rest-Pause)
Rear Delt Fly (Rest-Pause)
What do you think of it?
Thanks!
That’s going to be tough man. Bench, squats and overhead press and incline press in one workout is way too much.
As well, doing squats and then deadlifts two days later leads no room for recovery.
That is a VERY impressive transformation no doubt.
I like your style of fitness though Greg. It seems more sustainable for busy guys that aren’t fitness models or stage competitors. Lift 3 times a week, IIFYM intermittent fasting, moderate cardio.
Seems much more manageable and enjoyable for a guy like me that’s cool with 8% – 9% bodyfat (I have kids so I wouldn’t even try to hit 6% unless I was getting paid for it)
Thanks,
Raza
This guy is has clearly been on the gear for a while. He looks completely unrealistic.
Is Nate Tebow even natural? I googled him and in many photos he has that photoshopped dry look and half natty looking delts.
Well he could be natural because his weight, height and bodyfat is within the natural range. So I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt. But there’s really no way to know for sure. But I know what you’re saying. He’s in pretty damn crazy shape.
Would that take away from his message regarding mindset?
