I followed Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Insanity without with little control over calories. No real results except for burn out.

Oh my gosh! I’m in control of how I look! I can achieve an enviable physique in a way that is so much easier than I ever dreamed. I can do it with the food in my fridge and a home gym. Not by spending a fortune on supplements, gym memberships and trainers!
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Forget everything you think you know about fitness and nutrition. Dive in to Kino Body!!!!
