What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0.
What kind of workout and diet were you doing before following the Kinobody program? (And were you getting any results?)
Before Kinobody, I was working out 6 days a week with cardio thrown in on 2 of those days. I was miserable. I took a lot of time out of every week to go to the gym as well as preparing for it. It was a very stressful lifestyle and I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The Kinobody approach was a game changer in the best possible way. Everybody I talk to has the same skeptical viewpoints about the Kinobody way but I am the only one I know who took action! The results speak for themselves. It’s only been 60 days and I’m just getting started
What did you like best about the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
Not having to go to the gym 6 days a week! Not having to stress about breakfast first thing in the morning. The flexibility to enjoy the foods I love later in the day when I actually desire to eat them.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
To be honest, my face can get a little pudgy looking from not eating well, so once I started Kinobody I noticed my face started slimming down nicely which proved to me Kinobody is legit! Then everywhere else followed shortly after. I’m seeing abs I’ve never seen before and to my own amazement I’ve gotten stronger! This program is LEGIT! My eating has been practically effortless and I rarely binge because I’m so satisfied throughout the course of the day.
How is your life better after following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
I am able to spend more time on my career pursuit as well as with family and friends. Not obsessing over the gym has been absolutely paramount for me because I was killing myself in the gym. I can meet people out for dinner or grab a drink and there’s no guilt because my lifestyle now allows me to do just that. Can’t thank you enough Greg!
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
I would say to allow yourself that 1-2 week adjustment period to the fasting. Most people I talk to say “there’s no way I can skip breakfast.” That’s all in their own mind and I’m telling you that it was in my mind too! This pattern can be broken and Greg gives you the tools to use to break this societal mold we all fell prey to.
Any final notes?
Kinobody is a game changer. Bottom line. Greg’s approach is so radical to some people that they can’t even fathom it. I knew I had to change my lifestyle for a while now but didn’t know if it was possible. Then Kinobody came along. I’m thankful every day for YouTube and that I stumbled across Kinobody, clicked on it and watched what it had to offer. Little did I know my life and way of thinking was about to change in the absolute best possible way. Greg’s recommendation to read The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle was integral in this whole process for me as well. It’s a very powerful and eye opening book and I recommend it to everyone. My friends and family look at me in a better and more positive light now. It’s only 60 days and I’m just getting started.
