What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?

I followed Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0.

What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program? (And were you getting any results?)

Before the kinobody program I struggled for years trying to follow a strict nutrition plan with 3-6 meals a day it just wasn’t working. I needed something flexible with my schedule cause I didn’t always have time to meal prep. But now it’s simple I push my first meal 6 hrs into the day then enjoy myself!

What did you like best about the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?

The workouts! We’re so accustomed to following these strict plans with a ton of cardio. Now all I do is get my walk everyday and workout 4 times a week. The beauty is you don’t have to sweat to see results.

What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?

Weighted Dips have to be the most significant thing that has changed after kinobody. Before I couldn’t even do 1 now I can do 3 reps for 65lbs. I found getting strong as shit in this progress me all around the gym.

How is your life better after following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?

My life after following kinobody has become more enjoyable. I’m living life so effortless now with no stress about what I’m going to eat throughout the day.

What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?

I currently already have 3 people hooked on your program and I always tell them the same thing invest in intermittent fasting it will change your life.
