What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I was following the traditional bulking diet eating 3000+ calories and training 5 days a week. I would spend 2 and half hours in the gym and my body felt physically worn down. I gained a slild amount of muscle but my body fat % skyrocketed leading to a less then stunning physique.
What did you like best about the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
Adopting IF finally allowed me to eat big satisfying meals on a diet, making leaning down effortless. The program also focuses on getting stronger in the gym instead of high volume pump workouts that build a puffy bodybuilder type physique.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
Mindset shift. Fitness was finally enjoyable, training and dieting no longer felt like a chore. I was able to still be social and attend parties while not breaking my diet.
How is your life better after following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
Helped me develop a better self image. Also helped me realize fitness needs to be a background element of your life, not the main one.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Be disciplined and there is not doubt in my mind that you’ll get incredible results.
