What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program? (And were you getting any results?)
4-6 meals a day; eating 30-40 grams of protein with in an hour of waking up; high protein low carb meals; very clean meals with lean meats; 19-2100 caloric intake; was hardly at a deficit; I did have a “garbage day once a week (I ate whatever I wanted). I was doing mainly HIIT (spartacus workout 3 times a week) and interval type cardio 2-3 times a week in the mornings on an empty stomach; I was seeing results but plateaued at the 202-205 mark for about 3 weeks. I was originally 228lbs. I was following this workout and diet since September 2015 and was very committed and disciplined. I just felt I needed to change it up. That’s when I looked into the intermittent fasting and “eating windows”.
What did you like best about the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
The strength progression was amazing and the volume of food I was able to eat was great too. Overall, it was easier than I anticipated. I did need an appetite suppressive because I was so used to getting up, working out for 20-30 min and then eating.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
My body composition changed drastically. I went from a sloppy 202 to a bulky muscular 209. My body fat around my midsection went from 24.0 to 20.5-21.8. I could see the shape I was sculpting starting to make its way to the surface.
How is your life better after following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
I would say that I view myself a bit better. I have had pretty bad self image issues. I was always athletic and looked the part. I played soccer since I was 5 and have always had a nice lean and fit upper body. The last 10 years my job became more sedentary and I became complacent in that. Coupled with a not so great diet and poor workout ethic, I became almost 230lbs. I can now wear a tighter fitting t-shirt rather than an XL and although I still have along way to go, butI definitely view my self a bit differently.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Discipline is key.
