What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?

I followed Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0.

What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program? (And were you getting any results?)

A lot of H.I.I.T sprints, and 6 days a week of “weight lifting” with terrible technique and no idea what I was doing.

What did you like best about the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?

It gave me the knowledge to take my life from scared of dying to happiness beyond words

What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?

I started smiling again after 5 years of depression.

How is your life better after following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?

I become the person I dreamed of being for a very long time.

What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?

Never give up, you’re not always going to see results everyday but you have to stay hungry stay focused and remember that what ever you dream of you can achieve.
