What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program]? (And were you getting any results?)
Before I was doing Insanity and P90X and was doing their diets. Strict diet eating only certain foods with little fat. They recommend 4-6 small meals everyday which was annoying. The results were ok but after the first week or two they stopped and I had barely lost maybe around 5 lbs. My strength wasn’t that good either and I felt irritated and over trained most of the week.
What did you like best about the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
What I liked about AFL was the workout schedule and the diet. Working out 6-7 days a week is a hassle with the other programs I tried but with AFL it was more convenient. What I really enjoyed was the style of eating AFL has. I LOVE to eat alot! I prefer big meals especially over tiny snacks from the typical diets. And I don’t really like eating breakfast because it makes me feel sluggish and unhealthy later in the day. So this type of diet was perfect for me.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
The most significant change I saw came in how I saw myself. My confidence and self-worth has gone through the roof now and i accept myself fully.
How is your life better after following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
For most of my life I was very shy and reserved. Since elementary school I was afraid to be myself because of how embarrassed I was of my body. There were countless times I skipped on spending time with family, friends , and girls because of it. I don’t know how many times I tried to change and in the end I failed more times than I succeeded. But to have finally reached my goal is an immense relief and I don’t have to stress anymore and be afraid to live in the moment.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
For advice, I say don’t worry too much about eating healthy all the time or if you can’t make a workout. Everything is already set up for you for the most part so your going to get results. Just fill in the blanks and go. As long as you do your best and don’t give up and give it your all every single day, then there is no reason you should fail.
What I find that helps me is having something that motivates me. I believe that if you don’t have any inspiration… then you will continually fail. Everyone is motivated in the beginning but after a few weeks or even a month or so they start to give in. They let life’s daily battles get in the way and break them down to the point where they just make excuses and push themselves further and further from their goals.
You can’t let that happen. You have to stay on the path no matter how bad it gets because some of the greatest things in life always get worse before they better. So if you fail dont stop and accept what you ended up with. GET UP AND TRY IT AGAIN!!!
And if you fail it’s no big deal. A person who fails is a thousand times better than some who made an excuse and never tried. If you fail atleast you can say you were willing to change instead of being a person who was too afraid to take a step beyond their comfort zone and become something they’ve been craving for so long.
And this applies substantially to anything in your life not just fitness. So find you your drive and use that to push you further and closer to YOUR goals and not someone else’s.
Any final notes?
No man, thank you. You have literally changed my life forever. I can’t even fully explain how much I appreciate your help. You have absolutely the best philosophy out there right now. Your programs make everything else look like shit and I mean that. Thats why I bought all your programs, well except the Goddes one which im probably gonna get later anyway. But thanks again!
I’m curious to know if he kept a 1000kcal deficit the entire 10 weeks? And if he just threw in some carb refeed days each week?
Now that’s a quick, effective cut.
Nicely done
Great transformation.
I’m confused by:
“Working out 6-7 days a week is a hassle with the other programs I tried but with AFL it was more convenient.”
Are you referring to other programs requiring daily workouts or did you perform the AFL workout this much?
all kinobody programs works are only 3 days. he’s referring to other programs having 6-7 days of working out
What is his height greg? Great work!
I think 5’9
This is an absolutely fantastic transformation man! I only hope that mine will be half as good as yours.
