How is your life better after following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
All I want to say is thanks.. Hi Greg my name is Karl smith and your approach to fitness nutrition has completely changed my life. I’m a guy that has always struggled with weight in the past reaching my highest weight of 308 lbs with and my dream was always being lean and ironically wanting to join the army. Although I watched your channel and was skeptical thinking this couldn’t of have worked I lost my weight through gruelling exercise and crash dieting granted it worked I drove my self to insanity and to the brink of tears some times. However I hit the lowest point of 204 but I could never maintain that weight as I would go off on binges. Now a few years have come and gone and il be 100% honest your method works I could have not imagined my life now not using this approach I have achieved my dream of joining the army and I am in the best shape and condition of my life and it’s never been so simple granted I’m only 200lbs and still have s weight from my first target goal of 190 this has been the lightest I’ve been since I was 14 I’m 24 now haha sad I know however I’m happy with where I am now.
P.S i know life sometimes through a lot of shit are way and Haters are gonna hate but truly man your an inspiration to me thinking that accepting who you are now in the moment is the most powerful thing you can do. Although sorry for this extremely low assed message but here’s my results so far by the way if dropped a few lbs since but truly happy with everything you do thanks for everything.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Take up the challenge you won’t be disappointed.
Any final notes?
Thank you Kinobody and thank you Great O’Gallagher.
