What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Before I was doing high volume bodybuilding style lifting. I was big and blocky like a gym rat.
What did you like best about the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
What I liked about AFL was its simplicity! I love the three day split and the much cheaper grocery bill. I may never stop AFL.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
The most significant change I saw is I could look in the mirror and be happy with myself.
How is your life better after following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
I feel healthier and more energetic than ever. I am much happier and now focus on my life and not fitness.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Completely dedicate yourself to the program and be patient. Trust that it works and forget everything YOU think you know about fitness because what YOU know doesn’t work.
