What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I was following your Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0, and carefully applied your workout routines and strength techniques focusing on the main lifts for functional strength (chin-ups as an example).
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program]? (And were you getting any results?)
Before kinobody i was eating very low carb but not trackig calories i would just avoid carbohyrates all together and that left me feeling fatigued with no results. After stumbling upon kinobody i realized that carbs were not the enemy and i could effectively lose body fat while enjoying myself, and feeling great and way more energetic. Intermittent fasting was a huge technique for me, because it Allowed me to eat in a condensed window which left me feeling full well into the night.
What did you like best about the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
The thing i liked best about kinobody was its simplicity and freedom. Following any of your kinobody programs allowed me to have the proper balance between enjoying my life, and getting great results (such as losing body fat, or gaining muscle), which was something i was unable to do up until kinobody.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
The most significant change for me after using your program was my waist line, i had no definition at all and currently i have well developed abs that you can see.
How is your life better after following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
I would say my life is better after following kinobody because i finally am achieving the body ive always wanted. Its definitely given me a confidence boost and the drop in body fat has made my appearance so much better including a much more angular face.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
My advice to someone who wants to get started towards their dream body is to utilize all of the information and programs that kinobody has to offer. The results are unreal and truly allows you to achieve the “kinobody”.
