What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I was simply trying to eat clean. Never tracked my intakes for macros before. I used to play competitive hockey and was in great shape but then got a steady job and have had 3 kids with my beautiful wife and put on the LBS!!!! I had minimal results because I seemed to be stuck in a groove with my workouts and dieting. This SHOCKED my body into transformation!!
What did you like best about the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
I love the IF and the drinking black coffee! Huge coffee lover and never drank it black before, this forced me to do so and now thats how I drink it always!! The workouts also shocked me because I was doing high intensity and lots of volume and then went to this and got better results!! And I was drenched in sweat!! Love it
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
CONFIDENCE!! I was super insecure about myself because I know what I USED to look like. So getting up to almost 230 pounds was awful. I never wanted to take my kids swimming or go to any pool parties or gatherings like that. NOW I encourage these things and best yet have inspired and motivated lots of friends and colleagues at work to do so as well!
How is your life better after following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
I’m a much happier person which makes me a way better husband and father. I work shift work and work night shifts as well and work a lot so I seemed to be very grumpy all the time! My weight and how i viewed myself was not helping that situation. After following Kinobody and getting my body, confidence and happiness back everything is in a much more positive state in my life. Its also enlightened me on social media and kind of got me back out there in the world haha.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
DON’T RUSH IT! It may be called aggressive fat loss, but rushing things and trying to go in to much of a deficit or do extra cardio or anything is just gonna make things worse. Follow the simple steps of the program and let it happen. Also, Do not get mad at yourself over a bad day or eating something you think you shouldn’t!! Just remember why you started and get back focused. Don’t make to big of goals that will take forever to reach. I made small goals that I was able to reach each week or 2 and made it feel that much more successful.
Any final notes?
This Program and Greg’s approach made fitness a possibility in my life again. I have a wife, an 8 yr old step daughter, a 4 yr old son, 3 yr old daughter and a 11 month old daughter and I am still managing to make progress!! my after pic has a before pic on it as well. Its a transformation pic.
