What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Long before I’ve meet Kinobody and his great program, I was doing the ”right thing” , eating a lot of food with ”protein”
and i was getting not muscles at all, i was just getting fat.
What did you like best about the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
I like that i can control my body and not my body controls me
i eat when i feel really hungry not when people says you have to eat
i eat delicious meals and i loose weight
fasting makes me feel better, makes me think better makes me do better things
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
The most significant change for me using the Kinobody Workouts
was that i became stronger mentally and physically.
How is your life better after following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
I discover myself and how far i can get.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
I would say , have patience and trust on yourself. Follow your dreams and do not settle.
