What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I wasn’t following any workout program, but was focusing on progressive overload each workout. I started with higher reps for hypertrophy and switched to lower reps for strength.
What did you like best about the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
I didn’t technically follow the aggressive fat loss program, but I listened to your video tips about the program.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
I started doing reverse pyramid training for my workouts and I noticed me hitting PR’s easier and quicker than before.
How is your life better after following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
My life has become much more enjoyable and freeing ever since I switched to intermittent fasting! I can’t even describe how thankful I am for coming accross your videos.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
If someone was about to start the aggressive fat loss program, I would tell them to use the tricks of water, black coffee, sparkling water, fruit, then first main meal late into day to make the process so easy and enjoyable.
Any final notes?
I am now starting to lean bulk and am doing reverse pyramid training on my main lifts, with some higher rep assistance work to go along. I am also continuing to push my first meal later into the day to make staying lean effortless and enjoyable.
