What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I was doing Greek God Strength and Density Program throughout the fall and winter preceding AFL 2.0. I was lean when I started GG, but towards the end I started getting impatient, thus overeating leading to fat gain. I needed to get back to single digits and start fresh with AFL 2.0.
What did you like best about the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
AFL allowed me to eat like the man I am while aggressively losing fat. In the past, my cutting diets were a grind – just counting the days as they go by instead of living in the moment. Heck with AFL, most of the time my meals had other people surprised, due to the ample food I consumed on my plates. To sum it up, the best part about AFL is how flexible the workout program and diets are. Having others perceive you as one who lets loose and one who isn’t obsessive is a game changer – especially when you’re rocking single digit BF%. This is naturally seductive as it relates to females, which is a great side benefit. ;)
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
Besides figure and body compensation, the most significant change in my life has to be balance. I’m not focused on health and fitness 24/7 like I used to be. I now realize most of the stuff others worry about make little to no difference. Focusing on the key components of health and fitness while pursuing other hobbies in life will make you reach your goals much easier.
How is your life better after following the Aggressive Fat Loss Program?
I can now focus on improving other areas of my life while slowing trying to build muscle. Having a low BF% is great because you look good during the process of building muscle. I’m in no rush now that I feel and look great.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
I would make sure to tell them to trust the process. I myself was skeptical about lifting three days per week and eating chips, chocolate and ice cream. Then when I started to see my lifts go up like never before – all the doubt went away.
Any final notes?
I just want to thank Greg and Kinobody for completely changing my life in so many ways!
