What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Bodyweight Mastery Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Bodyweight Mastery Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I was really lost on what worked best and I just cut my calories insanely low, I got fat loss results but lost a lot of strength and muscle.
What did you like best about the Bodyweight Mastery Program?
It shows you how to do EVERYTHING so you never have to just guess what’s happening.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
My upper body strength, I had plateaued in my incline bench and I broke it with the body weight system.
How is your life better after following the Bodyweight Mastery Program?
I’m more confident, I know what I’m doing, and my diet is in check. I feel like a damn beast.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Trust the program. It doesn’t seem like a lot but it works and stay consistent.
