I followed Bodyweight Mastery Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Bodyweight Mastery Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Had stopped training 6 months prior lost motivation . No diet.
What did you like best about the Bodyweight Mastery Program?
Eating enjoyable food.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
Stomach fat and overall happiness with being able to eat nice foods.
How is your life better after following the Bodyweight Mastery Program?
Much better and less obsessed about fitness.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
The first couple weeks is tough getting started with fasting but stay tough cause it gets easier and once you get use to it it’s will be the most enjoyable. Format you have ever used and you will get results.
Any final notes?
Very happy with my results once I master the body weight course I will be going on either Greek god or superhero. A few years ago I was fitness obsessed doing 5 day split eating 6 small meals a day. I was not able to socialise properly without stressing about eating a single chip or wedge. I was miserable and still wasn’t in the shape I wanted to be in. I was taking lots of expensive supplements overdoing it with protein to the point that I had kidney problems. I now have a system that I can follow forever, I’m saving money on supplements and am overall a happier person
