What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I started with p90x in January of 2013 and lost 30 pounds. Them moved to the Body Beast program by beachbody also. The got the Focus T25 trying to get ripped. I made progress but could never get below 12% body fat. The summer of 2015 I quite working out because of my divorce and 2 and 4 year old. From July 1st to January 2016 I was eating whatever, not exercising and getting very soft. Greek God changed everything!
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?
I liked that it’s was only a few days a week instead of 6 days a week. With a 2 and 4 year old 3 days a week is much more manageable. Intermittent fasting finally help me cut the stubborn belly fat I had been working so hard to do with no success.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
I’m the strongest and lightest I’ve ever been in my life and I just turned 38 in April just a week after 90 days in the program. I will continue to do intermittent fasting and reverse pyramid training. I’ve really learned how to track my macros and found the sweet spot in my calorie intake.
How is your life better after following the Greek God Program?
Going through divorce has been tough and it’s still not final. Kinobody has got me through the tough times. It gave me purpose in the gym and something positive to focus on.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Don’t complicate things and just follow the program. It really works. It taught me the importance of rest days. Before I use to exercise practically every day chasing that lean ripped look and could never get it. Now I go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week setting new PRs almost every time and I finally have that lean ripped look!
