What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I’ve tried numerous diet such as Atkin Diet, Herbalife and Shaklee .Those programs works initially, but due to I had to buy all those proteins and supplement, I quit about 2 month of this programs.( I have 2 daughters that I should take care of,and buying those proteins means I cant save money for my daughters expenses)
No specific workout. Play table tennis every day.I play for my district.
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?

Intermittent Fasting means I’m more focused with my patient the whole morning.(I’m a doctor by the way)
I can eat all I want during lunch and dinner as long it is in calory deficit.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Buy this program.For me it is very cheap compared to what this program can give you.
You can just follow kinobody website.But purchasing this program makes everything easier.More SYSTEMATIC approach.
All you need is dicipline and dedication.
