What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Workouts: Ive done 5×5: taxing, boring, felt like i was a machine grinding , it felt like I was working … Eventually i got sick of it and I perpetually began to making excuses to skip the gym
Diet: in this stage I just ate a sandwich every 2-3 hours at school. they actually started calling me sandwich boy, hey sandwichboy do you eat sandwiches while f*uking?? yeah So i stopped that….
high volume pump training: I was doing the evolution workout from joe magioneallo 5-6 week training. I had a period where I had alot of free time and I’ve I was getting really good results , really good energy, really good workouts but i trained everyday, had a strict regime, had no life… everyday gym on my mind
Diet: I ate greens and meat at lunch and small protein bars and shakes every 2-3hours… It was obsessive, EXPENSIVE and everybody looked at my like I was a wierdo… Eventually I realized I’m not a model or an actor why am I doing all of this??
leangains style rpt as last: This was fucking awesome I was making alot of gains, was getting really strong but then I began to feel exhausted and became bored of doing the same exercises over and over and over again, deadlift and squat days we’re dreaded days, I had periods where I liked it and then periods where I didn’t but overall it affected my mentally I was on edge , exhausted and tired and my mood was fucked up everyday , I didnt know why.. I actually got a alot of anxity because of the workouts, I would get anxious getting up in the morning knowing that I had to squat/deadlift 2-3 sets of +150kg
Diet: Okay in the beginning Huge meals PW and On rest days we’re awesome but after a while it became dogmatic… It was like omg it’s not my feeding window yet, must not eat… have to do something for 2 hours, have to do something for 20 min…, Yes Lunch time and then O shit my next meal is at 8 …. around 5 ( IS IT 8 YET? Avoiding the kitchen or cafetaria… around 6-7 ish … Is it 8 Yet? Oh shit no?? Okay ITS 8 .. Oh fuck I trained today so its low fat day okay cottage cheese and offf to bed… Jezus christ…
After a while I Just wasnt leading or living the kind of live that I knew I wanted to lead….
So I knew Something IS FUCKING WRONG but I dont know what and I dont know how to fix it….
Then one beautiful morning I see this dude on a youtube video in a mansion in pretty good shape, but to my suprise…. Holy shit he wasn’t having a informarcial voice blabla bla He was genuine and he seemed honest and experience… BOOM GAME CHANGER
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?
Oh dude where do I even begin: How for starters is that there are no ABSOLUTE RULES… ENJOY THE PROCES , or like Bruce lee said:
Absorb what is usefull, discard what is not
Add what is uniquely your own
Okay the program: I love how you have a set training pattern BUT IF YOU STALL you just change up the exercise you don’t keep grinding yourself away into oblivion of exhaustion NO You replace the exercise and move on, rinse and repeat… Strenght training, I mean greg has immaculate taste in his choice of exercices, After squatting for a year , not focing on squatting or deadlifting is so good :D Ofcourse the pump training adds some sweat and some pump so that you feeling like an absolute beast leaving the gym, Best program I’ve worked out with in my life, every time you feel refressed , you hit a pr , you progress smooth , if you get stuck:
I can’t change the direction of the wind, but I can adjust my sails to always reach my destination.
Alright the eating protocol: 70% of my success comes from this … I’m currently at school So i get up everyday at 4 am If I get hungry around 10-11 like I usually do… Simple apple snack, rinse repeat , have an awesome meal, include a cheatmeal , hit your calories and protein, dont forget to eat them veggies, rinse repeat, DAYS FLY BYE YOu dont even think about it… Ball park it, go by feeling enjoy the food and dont stress if you slip up… In this aspect Greg has litterly changed my view on how to eat and how to enjoy food while being fit… Thanks man I owe you one
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
No stress, no anxiety about hitting hard exercises and hitting failure on each and every set
Workouts themselves are very enjoyable because you work hard and then you have a pump training which is exhilarating so it’s like eat the main dish and then the dessert and then you go home and have a dark chocolate bar… Duh
No but seriously, the most significant change is that nothing is set, follow something until it doesn’t work and I Mean Quite literally FOLLOW THE PROGRAM THAT YOU’RE FOLLOWING TO A T and ONLY IF you stall then you change , don’t be afraid for change, this was a big program for me before.
How is your life better after following the Greek God Program?
First of all, I have less stress, I spend less time in the gym, I have more energy, I am more confident, more optimistic and I enjoy things more

what have you got to lose? Time? Guess what you’re already wasting time reading a review about something instead of trying it and experiencing it…. so Try it..
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Okay Are you listening, are you really listening? You are? I don’t believe you but here it goes anyway:
FOLLOW THE PROGRAM TO A T and IF YOU NOTICE THAT AFTER FOLLOWING IT FOR A 1-3 WEEK PERIOD SOMETHING FEELS OFF confront it, ackowledge it and change it
if you do that: you will have made this fitness part of your life checked in…
You set your goal , you follow the protocoll and you forget about it and go on with your life, dont think about it,… just live your life , this is only one part of your life
check in on progress on set dates every 3-6 weeks and aim , shoot, fire, readjust,… and so on but please just DONT MAKE YOUR LIFE ALL ABOUT FITNESS , what I mean is don’t obsess about it
