What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I was going to the gym twice a week and playing Australian Rules Football twice a week. I’ve been Vegetarian the whole time however I have been having heaps more protein in the GGP. No dieting before I started the GGP i tried to half my portions in order to strip weight but it wasn’t sustainable.
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?
The Intermittent fasting and the goal setting on the key lifts.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
I was able to loose weight put on a little bit of lean muscle but generally look better and I’ve been feeling better about myself. I have also noticed I’m feeling much stronger.
How is your life better after following the Greek God Program?
I feel better about myself, I look better in the mirror, I feel like I’ve found a sustainable way to keep weight down and I enjoy going to the gym much more. Life is generally much more enjoyable with Kinobody.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Stick to it, make sure you stick to the structures and calorie counting is incredibly important.
