What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
No diet and “Beach Body (p90x, 21 day fix, insanity T25)” at home workouts. Cardio results only. No weight loss and very little strength gains.
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?
Easy to follow nice guide. But the key was that it empowered me. I was the one that made the change and put in the effort.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
How is your life better after following the Greek God Program?
More self confident. Sure in my decisions. I know what I’m capable of.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Greg seems like a pretentious dick, but he knows what he is doing. My gym frequency was higher than he suggested, but everybody is different. I think that is the biggest thing to take away from Greg’s knowledge about fitness. He encourages you to learn your own body and what works for you. In the end, it is up to you to make the change, but Greg can definitely keep you motivated.
Any final notes?
Greg has a big ego, but its hard not to when you feel this good about yourself.
