What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Here it’s, I don’t really diet and I just eat as much as I can to build muscle. Since I doing IF while followed your Greek god I gain true strength and muscle.
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?
It’s make my life’s easier and getting ripped while enjoy the foods that I want.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
It’s maintain my low body fat all the way and my muscle start to pop out and I am getting strong in the gym. It’s feel really good for me.
How is your life better after following the Greek God Program?
Better all the way, for me not even me my friends we all really like this system. We fast together and eat the Marcos together. Easy to say it’s make my life’s better.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Don’t fucking take supplement,get stronger and track your calories !
