What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
6 weeks prior to GGP I did no workouts and ate whatever I wanted including cookies. Before that I was just doing simple push pull routines, getting some results but not much in terms of strength.
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?
It took off a lot of the pressure I had with my other workload from extra curricular activities along with school work.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
My chest does not sag anymore and that has always been something that bothered me.
How is your life better after following the Greek God Program?
More time to focus on figuring out my goals in life. More energy. When I am with a girl they appreciate it when my shirt is off.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Take your time, Slow and steady strength gains are lasting strength gains. Do not alter the program much if any at all. It works.
Any final notes?
I love this program, and even bought your other programs to use after I use GGP. So I have my next 3-4 years already planned out in terms of what I want to do program wise and having that purpose makes it all the more better every time I go to the gym.
