What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I was eating 6 meals a day, counting calories and doing light weight on the first set and then putting more weight until muscle failure.
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?
I think the best part of this program is that I can eat what ever I want and don’t feel guilty, be bloated or saying no to social events related with food. This is an awesome strategy and habit that I can keep for the rest of my life easily.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
The most significant change was the energy levels at the gym. Is not the same when you go heavy at first and give all your fresh energy to that set than doing it light/ medium weight and then trying to go heavy when you barely have energy left. That makes it hard to track your strength progress.
How is your life better after following the Greek God Program?
My life is better in every aspect now. I feel more confident. Not hungry all the time like before.. It was hard as fuck to fast for hours at first but I didn’t quit. I sucked it up and moved on.. now my body don’t even worry about eating early. I feel happier, stronger, healthier. Better in every aspect.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Have and imaginary friend. My advice is to be consistent with intermittent fasting.. It will suck at first but you just gotta keep going and don’t let your body take control of you.. Suck it up and don’t quit. I used to imagine that my imaginary friend was watching me and he was gonna tell everybody how much I suck after talking so much shit about getting fit. Always wondering would you do this if someone puts a gun on your head? That’s how I got my consistency.
Any final notes?
Intermittent Fasting is the best eating habit to keep for the rest of your life.. It is easy to lose fat and hard to gain it. That’s how I can tell it is the best.. Kinobody For life!
