What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I was a semi sedentary who ate mostly junk food. I lost some weight doing paleo but gained it all back
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?
No bullshit. No pills, no shakes, just a solid easy to follow no nonsense plan.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
Having (some) strength for the first time in my life. As a life long skinny fat extreme ectomorph i had zero confidence. This is changing my life in that regard
How is your life better after following the Greek God Program?
Feeling alive again. I was happy and energetic for the first time in a long time. As a result i feel i am a better father to my boys.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Just do it. Stop making excuses, stop waiting for tomorrow, stop waiting for a better time. Just commit and go. It’s not easy but if i could it then anyone can.
Any final notes?
Go for it. Start today as tomorrow never seems to get here. If you stumble don’t quit. My goal is a total transformation over the next 5 years. Lifestyle has to be the main goal not short term blips. Patience and hard work will get you there even if it at times it seems hopeless.
