What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Hiit training, I got results but needed to add a lot of lean muscle!
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?
3 days a week, huge strength gains, stayed lean and added significant size, and diet was very enjoyable with fasting until after lunch! Never looking back, I’m a Greek God!
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
I seen huge strength gains and size while training 2-3 days less.. Who doesn’t want that? I was very skeptical but followed the program and diet and results just kept coming.. I love the key movements as well it makes the workouts fun for me!
How is your life better after following the Greek God Program?
Went from a hard gainer to adding 15 lbs of lean muscle and just getting started! It’s made my day to day life much much better..
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Pick the program that fits you and follow it! See what works for you and make changes where needed but don’t change something that isn’t broken! Just do it, no excuses.
