What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I was working out more for the pump and I always lost muscle so fast when I stopped working out. I was eating 5 meals a day trying to eat clean and even tried carb cycling. I didn’t see results from the dieting and only saw muscle and strength results when I first starting working out over a year ago, then I hit a plateau.
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?
It’s not extravagant or time consuming. It isn’t too taxing on my body, and I get to enjoy the foods I want. Fasting is so easy and works so well.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
My strength went through the roof. I don’t think I’ve ever seen myself gain so much strength and density in such a short amount of time!
How is your life better after following the Greek God Program?
I feel fantastic and everyone says I look great. I feel happier, I can function better throughout the day, and I’m so much better at sports with my friends.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Stick to it and work hard. Listen to what Greg says because this man knows what he is doing. It’s not easy to cheat on this program so don’t even think about it. Be smart and have fun.
Any final notes?
I want more. I want to keep working my ass off and building muscle and losing fat. These results are so addicting and I don’t want to stop.
