What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I was familiar with intermittent fasting even before I discovered Kinobody. Training style was similar to Kinobody too. What I was missing is consistency.
What I took from Greg is the psychology part of fitness and self-improvement and this was the missing link! It was so simple, yet very powerful.
I have watched all his videos like 10 times each (some more) to get the little bits of information, like not to worry about too much protein and soda (soda is life for me now)!
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?
It’s simplicity! I always strive for simplicity in my life and this program fit’s me like a glove.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
Since I’ve discovered Kinobody last year every aspect of my life has changed for good.
How is your life better after following the Greek God Program?
I am a better version of myself in every way. It sounds too good to be true but this simple fitness program did wonders for me.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Be consistent! This is the most important advice I can give. Be consistent even in your mistakes, because this way you can track and improve.
Oh, and follow the damn program! :)
