What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
A lot of cross country running, high rep lifting, eating 3 large meals a day and snacks.
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?
The confidence the strength gains gives you. Also enjoyed how easy it is to be consistent with your workouts when your only hitting the gym 3x a week. I haven’t missed a scheduled wornout in over a year.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
I have gained a lot of confidence from setting and achieving goals. Its really rewarding to see the weight go up on the bar every workout. That really keeps me motivated because you have a goal every workout.
How is your life better after following the Greek God Program?
I am more comfortable with being myself, and my life doesn’t revolve around the gym anymore. Its also great to have the freedom to enjoy your favorite foods and alcohol.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Be consistent with it, don’t expect change over night. When you take your core lifts up fifty +pounds your body will literally transform but it takes time.
