What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Before following the Kinobody Greek God Program … I was working out 6 days a week with a bodybuilding split. Building muscle with the ridiculous amount of volume and high rep work I was doing was just not in the cards. On top of that, I was eating way too much of a calorie surplus which resulted in a lot of fat gain.
Combining the two…my muscles just became soft and puffy, I stayed weak, and I never reached the lean and chiseled look I was after.
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?
How freaking strong I got! :) 3 days a week in the gym was perfect for my busy schedule and I still got more than what I expected.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
Finally breaking free from all the B.S. out there in the fitness industry. Kinobody has taught me that there is so much more than just building a great looking body. My goal is to take what I learned in the gym and apply it to every aspect of my life.
How is your life better after following the Greek God Program?
I truly feel I have gained control over my body and actions. Reaching my fitness goals has completely changed my life for the better!
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Follow it. Read it not once or twice … but even 3 times! Trust and understand what you are doing and why. Then follow it long enough to see results.
Any final notes?
The greatest impact Greg had on me was to enter a total state of acceptance.
Once I could accept where I was; amazing strength and muscle gains occurred! I suffered from obsessing with everything. What I mean is, if I did not meet the goal I set, I would be stressed and upset with myself.
That was such a horrible way of living. And I could never seem to push past that after being so hard on myself. Getting in the gym, giving maximum effort and accepting it, is such an incredible feeling. It sets the stage for an enjoyable fitness journey.
When it comes to building muscle and true strength, Greg knows exactly what he is talking about.
