I followed Greek God Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Greek God Program? (And were you getting any results?)
Lots of cardio and lifting but I was eating very poorly.
What did you like best about the Greek God Program?
Lifting everyday and cardio 3 times a week but eating very poorly.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
Dropping body fat with ease and gaining much more strength quickly.
How is your life better after following the Greek God Program?
I look and feel much better than before. My friends now ask me for workout tips and I just refer them to kinobody.
