What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Goddess Toning Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Goddess Toning Program? (And were you getting any results?)
I was stuck in a vicious cycle of eating way too much, then attempting to work it all off through hours of cardio. I was aware of macros/how I should be eating but due to having a disordered eating past I thought it would be bad for me to follow such a strict type of eating. (Note to self: having a dessert free-for-all every night probably isn’t the best idea either). I had dabbled in weight training before but felt like it was making me bulky so I just decided to avoid the weight room altogether. Not only did my eat-too-much, workout-too-much plan not result in any fat loss, it actually led me to slowly gain more weight which was incredibly frustrating and disheartening.
What did you like best about the Goddess Toning Program?
It is so freaking simple. I have to admit – at first I was skeptical (3 shortish workouts a week when I am used to doing 10+ hours of cardio? Are you kidding me?) – but this turned out to be great as it helped me look forward to going to the gym again for the first time in a long time. I no longer felt like a slave to cardio machines, or worthless if I took a day off (because that’s a part of the plan!)
I also really liked the viewpoint Greg takes on IF – that it’s a way to up your quality of life, as opposed to a way to restrict yourself. I think this helped me embrace the lifestyle a lot more instead of thinking of it as a “diet.” Eating breakfast tends to make me more hungry/think about food all day, so this was a great way to stop thinking about food so much.
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
Physically – feeling a lot “firmer” (lol) and proud of my body for the first time in a long time. I literally couldn’t do one pushup when I started and now I can bang out 15 easily.
Mentally – being a lot more at peace in terms of my relationship with the gym and food. It’s there to enrich my life, not control it.
How is your life better after following the Goddess Toning Program?
Kind of alluded to this in the previous question but I have a lot more freedom! More time to do stuff since I don’t feel like I have to be at the gym 2 hours a day 6 days a week, and also more freedom socially – thanks to IF, it’s easy for me to go out for dinner/drinks with friends and not freak out.
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
1) Trust in the program! (Even if you’re someone like me who thought I had to work out an insane amount to have a so-so body). And 2) Have a general plan of what you’re gonna eat each day so you have no excuses in regards to messing up.

Just wanna say that it’s an awesome program. Thank you for totally changing my outlook on fitness and nutrition.
