What Kinobody program did you follow to achieve your transformation?
I followed Superhero Bulking Program.
What kind of workouts were you doing before following the Superhero Bulking Program? (And were you getting any results?)
6 days a week 5 sets of 5 reps on day 1 tricep chest shoulders 2 exercises for each. Day 2 bicep back legs 5 sets of 5 reps with 2 exercises for each body part
What did you like best about the Superhero Bulking Program?
3 days a week and specialization
What was the most significant change for you after using the Kinobody workouts?
The strength gains and using reverse pyramid training made it a breeze to go up.
How is your life better after following the Superhero Bulking Program?
More free time from lifting three days a week
What advice would you give someone who is about to follow the same program?
Look just take a deep breathe don’t be one of those people who don’t know what to do on their day off from the gym. Enjoy the free time u have from 3 days and no more than a hour of training
